All students are requested to note that registration on the IRIS Convocation module is mandatory for all eligible candidates.
Register for Degree on IRIS
Students are requested to fill the Convocation Form to register for the Convocation on IRIS. Please fill in all details in the convocation registration form carefully.
In case of any issues with respect to not being eligible for Convocation, students are requested to contact misofficer@nitk.edu.in (MIS Office) and e3asst-academic@nitk.edu.in (Academic Section) regarding the same.

1. When and where is the Convocation?
The 23rd Annual Convocation will be held on Saturday, 15th November 2025 at New Sports Complex Ground [Eastern Side].
2. How will students receive their degrees?
At the convocation ceremony, degree will be awarded to all students of B.Tech., M.Tech., M.Tech. (Research), MCA, MBA, M.Sc. and Ph.D. programmes who graduated during the academic year 2024-25.
3. How do I edit my Full Name in Hindi?
To edit your Hindi name if you do not have a Hindi keyboard support, you can use an online Hindi text editor or translator like https://translate.google.co.in/?sl=en&tl=hi&op=translate. Type your Hindi name there, listen to the pronunciation to verify it, copy the text, and paste it into the relevant field on the IRIS Convocation Registration Form.
4. What to do if Aadhaar number is blank/wrong
If your Aadhaar number is incorrect or blank, it has to be changed/ entered via the student profile on IRIS within which, you need to click on edit profile.
